This chapter presents different perspectives on international health and healthcare education. First, the Taiwan Training Model will be presented. The Taiwanese model on educating clinical nurses has helped to attract many clinical nurses in both Taiwan and mainland China to learn, very cost effectively and efficiently, the nursing informatics and make good practical designs. It is a model inspired and supported by the Technology Informatics Guiding Education Reform (TIGER) Initiative, as well as the unique experiences developed in Taiwan. This second perspective will introduce the development in Taiwan and part of the progress in mainland China. Then, the European scientific body of Biomedical and Health Informatics will provide the European benefit to the programs, how they support cross-national mobility and required national accreditations processes.
